I had this company come out and do service on July 10th and I sent them the following message and they have yet to respond. I spent almost $300 with them and feel like more problems came out after they said no problems were found. Please be cautious using them! Omega Air is best AC repair service in El Paso I have had. Technician Mr. Adrian is the very best in El Paso that I have experienced. Great customer and professional service and experience you can find. Very military and veteran friendly. If you have issues with your AC I highly highly recommend them. Top notch
I was in crisis and called omega because they had done a tune up on the ac earlier. I was informed that I needed electric wor k and problem would be fixed.. $150 later, electrician told me that was not the problem. I called omega back. They said iI needed whole new system at $8000.
