Excellent service! Very friendly and had a quick response. We were having issues with our thermostat but Eric was able to assess the issue quickly and cleared out the clog. Great customer service! Highly recommend the service and will be scheduling our yearly maintenance in 2026.
I had a new HVAC system installed in July of 2025 for a little over 11k (paid in full at time of service). Omega was unable to properly install it, so it continued to not be operational, or only intermittently operational until September. It took repeated visits from various technicians, the contractor, and the manufacturer's representative.
