Extremely disappointed. First snow of the year, and they did not show up to perform snow removal services, according to our contract and agreement. 36 hours later, and still no contact, no telephone notifications, no explanations, no nothing. No one is answering their business phone and can't leave a message because the inbox is full. It's like they just up and disappeared.
I’d never recommend this company. Absolutely disgusted by this. Chopped my yard down when I DO NOT have services with you. You’ve been told NOT TO CUT MY YARD SEVERAL TIMES and left my garden beds like this. I have put time money sweat and too much effort in for your workers to destroy my gardens.
