EP Floors installed a floor in our brewery in Windham NY. After a year and a half the floor started to crack. We contacted EP Floors and they immediately gave us a price to fix it. When we said they installed it, they came up with a scenario that they hadn't been paid on the job. We looked through our records, showed them they were paid, and the 5 year warranty on their invoices. From that point on EP Floors hasn't taken a call or email from us and the floor is still cracked. Use EP Floors at your own peril.
Great place!
Not an honest company. Treats workers horrible. If 70% of a job is what you want, this is your crew! I worked for them until they stopped paying me and still owed me almost $10k. Taking them to court for this.
