Pro: accessible location, maintenance request handled quick, large compound to walk around Cons: 1 bed room apartment utility is around $300 and is increasing from month to month ridiculously since the apartment was purchased by the new owner last year. The worst part about utility is you share the cost of the building regardless you used it or not. Was trying to connect about leasing but had questions and was sent on a bot-cycle. I sent a message via one of their portal ads Got a bot message, said theyd be in touch or feel free to call Didnt get a reply the next day Called the number only to lead a phone bot then to a voice mail So I guess the original message wasnt a message? MIMS? Why are you having prospects go in a messaging cycle to ask questions to then not reply back?
