My experience living here is just ok , however having people like Mayra Trevia in the clubhouse office is fantastic for residents. She really makes the effort to help you to solve the problems, providing an excellent service and understanding your needs. Also Freddy is fantastic
This is my utilties for a 497 sqft studio with roaches and mold. im looking at $1714 for my total upcoming rent. I have cut back on water and electricity usage and it made ZERO changes, my utilities still keep increasing. It is just me and a 5 year old living here.
