HIGH fees and way to many rules. Little voice given to homeowners. If requests are made for warranted upgrades by homeowners response given by EOPMG is do you really want your fees to go up again? Some of the rules are legitimately ridiculous. Blame given to condo board so they don’t have to deal with items or passed around to different staff. Would NEVER recommend.

Incredibly high fees, never respond to service requests and completely mismanaged property and condo finances. Stay away from this company.
