They deserve negative review. Starting from the director, CEO to most of the employees. Very unprofessional. When i first came 10 years ago, total different story. Dont waste your time and money. There a lot more better places you can find.
I first went late 2021 for the quote, they sold me on the lower implant. I've had a removable upper for years and couldn't afford another $24k for it. Everything went well, surgery Dec. 28th 2021. Follow up every four weeks as expected for six months with my temporary, I broke two temps (biting to hard behind the left rear fitting). No problem getting a date quickly to rectify the issue, the lower with the titanium band arrived Sept. 2022. They give you an appointment, but then make you wait a long time to be seen for a cleaning. It appears they overbook their times with little regard for the patient's time, which I think is disrespectful. It is very disappointing to be there on time only to wait to be seen.
