I was working with Kelly to purchase a truck, he advised me to put a deposit down of 500 to hold the vehicle, so I made a cash deposit of $500. All I was told I have 7 days to come up with the remaining down payment or 2500. Went back 5 days later and was told a different amount for the down payment and was told I never made a deposit. I asked for my money back since the down payment was 1700 more than I was told. And they refused to refund my money and claim I never made the $500 deposit. Police report has been made.
