Definitely the worst experience I have had in my entire life. They don't care about anything except for taking your money. I've been waiting months to get approval for my property to get fixed. I haven't even been able to live in the property I purchased almost a year ago. It is outrageus how I've been treated and accused for something I didn't do. The condo have terrible plumbing system and they try to put you at fault when I haven't even lived there for a month. And I only got it approved because of the restoration company... read more
Absolutely terrible. They couldn’t care less about what happens in their buildings. The building is falling apart, and if you try to talk to them, they don’t care at all. I’ve tried speaking to Gabby about multiple issues, and never once has he been able to do anything. I don’t even understand how he still had a job. Absolutely useless and 100% incompetent. Do not EVER rent or purchase in a building they control.
I’d advise you to hire literal ANYBODY else to manage your building. They do the absolute BARE minimum. Take their money and run. Absolutely useless.
