I really like her. She's been taking care of my parents for 8 years & I've always gone to every appointment because they're elderly. Really liked her. 1st visit February 2018 tried seeing her in June was on vacation for 5 days and had uti. Denied appointment due to lack of payment. I have Medicare and Blue Shield PPO. After going back and for Medicare complaint dept told her it was her mistake she told them I needed to find new Dr. Blue shield did 3 way call her staff yelled at us & hung up.

I called in regarding my father who is deaf and needs medical attention for his diabetes. This office refused to provide a professional interpreter through any agency of their choice, as the ADA federal law declares they must do. The receptionist said this doctor would not be the place for my father because the doctor is not willing to pay for any ASL interpreter. This practice as unprofessional for people needing special accommodations. Please boycott!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this doctor. On the positive side, she spends a great deal of time with each patient; however, I deduce that her knowledge is limited and I don't find much value in her expertise. She grasps general problems, but was unable to answer specific questions about more complex problems. She also appears to disrespect patients' time. Once, she was over an hour late. Based on the latter, I am seeking another .
