The products were questionable quality but the service was good. I came in a few days ago and Jesse provided outstanding customer service. He had a friendly, can-do attitude from the moment I walked in and did everything he could to help me on the spot. It’s great to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I gave this place a one star because of the products not the staff.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dan and the team at ENZED Sunshine Coast. Their level of customer service is exceptional, and they are always willing to help, provide honest advice, and go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of properly.
