Horrible customer service. I had been going there for awhile and then a year ago I went in and had lip filler and a lip flip. The girl botched it and I was left with a red mark on my cupids bow she said would fade or they would fix it. Its still there, probably broken blood vessels due to improper technique. I am from Chicago. I have visited #EnvySkin Clinic 3 times and have been very impressed with the customer service and the treatments. They do the little things that other clinics do not offer, coffee, tea, water. I love the knowledge. Great team!

I received an e-mail stating I won $450 credit from the Envy Skin Clinic. I went to my consolation with Amy (Manager) to sign up for laser hair treatments on the legs and underarms. During our consolation I asked her if she'd honor the Groupons? She said she would and price match the sale! She wrote $400 off for the Groupon discount. That wasn't a price match. I give them a 1 for the following reason. They were deceiving from the get go. I put my name in a box for the chance to win a free facial. I got a call that said I had won the free facial. When setting up the appointment time, I had asked if I could pay to receive extractions on top of my free facial, and the receptionist informed me that it was included.
