My tire popped on the 84. I managed to get to the closet gas station where I called Geico for roadside assistance and they sent Envy Service to my rescue. My tow truck driver’s name was Josh; he came to my rescue. He was very professional and did a great job getting my vehicle loaded up/loaded off quickly and safely.

After being denied of a pick up from Meaghan' towing service due to car being on jacks. Patrick came and took my car without a problem! 💚 Patrick was very professional, kind, careful and quick on the pick up!. If anyone is ever in need of a tow truck I Highly recommend you ask your insurance company to PLEASE send this company over.!! 🩵 Thank you so much for making my morning better. 😊

We went through our insurance company for roadside assistance and were informed someone would arrive within 2 hours. It’s now been 3 hours and 20 minutes and counting. When the insurance company tried to call to follow up, no answer. I called, sounded like I woke the guy up. Received an empty promise that someone would arrive in 35-45 minutes…it’s been over an hour since that call. Called back again, no answer, called again, straight to voicemail with a full mailbox.
