We went through our insurance company for roadside assistance and were informed someone would arrive within 2 hours. It’s now been 3 hours and 20 minutes and counting. When the insurance company tried to call to follow up, no answer. I called, sounded like I woke the guy up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgustingly rude people including the owner. They damaged my car leaving the battery draining over a simple repair. No help and terrible attitude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible service.
Took my car on a Friday. Didn't care to mention their closed all weekend. Proceeded to make me walk 20m in 11° weather. Stole my marijuana out of my car. Funny thing is, corben that works there tried paying for my photos. Then, I paid on Monday morning for my car to be towed to my home. And they waited till 8:30pm to drop off.
