I really wanted to like Envy Nails because the initial impression was positive: I felt welcomed, and the customer service was friendly. Unfortunately, the actual nail service did not match that experience at all. It was clear my nail tech was not experienced with Gel X. My nails are uneven, the shapes don’t match, and the polish application is very poor: lumpy, clumpy, streaky, and even showing the previous color on the sides & cuticles. Absolutely love this place and the people. Lin takes care of me and she is just so sweet, easy to talk to and does her job well. It’s always a good feeling when you know that you will get well taken care of everytime you go!!
