Terrible customer service
A mess! Did my nails so sloppy! Asked for a change & they refused! Don’t spend any money here. Left picture is what I wanted, right is vs what I got. Definitely played.
Fiona is my nail tech. She is friendly, creative and very talented.
The acrylic nail application done by the owner herself has a lot to be desired. The acrylics were applied at the one-week growth line, with no proper cuticle work. Nails turned out thick and square-looking and most of them started lifting two weeks later.
