I had made an appt than was called and ask to change time to 40 mins later than arrived at appt time still asked to wait another 20 mins finally started my manicure had braised my index finger and ended up with 2 other fingerbeds bleeding I felt it was rushed and she did not pay attention to details with all the waiting she still charged full price and busted up my fingernail beds .....definately my last time

Not even worth of 1 start the owner she damaged my nails and my family's nail when I went back to she was screaming at me and she refuse to refoud the money she's very rude and unprofessional I don't recommend it to anyone

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I got gel nails and she left them so bulky around the cuticle area after I told her I didn’t like the bulkiness more then twice and a man, I’m assuming her partner even comes up and tries to say she’s not done filing, a little weird and rude. Also used dirty files and nail bits. A couple crooked nails also. I’ve been an esthetician for 10 years and doing nails so I know what quality is and this isn’t it.

I had a very bad experience there last year. The nails fell off within a few days! I couldn't believe it. I went back to have them fix it and I was very polite. They denied even doing my nails. A few days had passed and multiple nails fell off. I have been going to moncton since across from giant tiger and now my nails last weeks and weeks. I cant recall ever being treated so badly by a service provider. They actually denied having me as a client because they were too cheap to fix their bad work. I was actually flabbergasted... read more
