They were able to squeeze me in which was very nice of them, however unfortunately it was very difficult to communicate with the technicians. They barely understood my request. The entire time they spoke a foreign language amongst themselves, rushed the appointment. Also, she was very aggressive handling my nails, scraped way too much of the top of my natural nail and it was painful and burning the entire time. I’ve been coming here for years, and I always have the best manicures and pedicures. My does an excellent job with my nails I always get compliments on them!
