I started coming here after some negative experiences at other salons in Bozeman and I will always continue to make the 3 1/2 hour round trip to come to this specific place on my days off. It’s hard for me to make appointments with my current work schedule so I always walk in and I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to be attended to ! We were a walk in here, and luckily there was no wait! The staff were so friendly, and they really took care through the whole treatment, I didn't feel rushed at all. My only feedback would be that it would be nice to have some background music in the salon, but the quiet was relaxing too. I highly recommend this nail spa!

I showed the tech a design she said she could do, but she argued with me about the color, couldn’t finish it, and had her coworker take over. They sent me out before it was even done, and I had to come back to get acrylic chunks scraped off from underneath my nails. I was upcharged $40 for the “design” and paid over $100 including tip for nails that still look chopped. Would not recommend.
