I don't understand nor agree with the negative reviews. I went to Envy Nails for the first time and it's the best pedicure I've ever had! Lin helped me pick a nice colour, was extremely meticulous and did an amazing job. The folks there are friendly and the venue is clean and relaxing. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this salon! By the way, they are so classy - there is no tacky tip jar and no annoying tip prompt when you pay by card - so of course they got a bigger tip LOL.

I always get pedicures done here and have always been happy and satisfied. Compared to some other nail salons in Kanata, you get your moneys worth here! The staff is very good at their job! Highly recommend

This nail salon is full of people who are rude and don’t understand what a person’s privacy or dignity is. They try to force their opinions on you and try to make you pay more as much as they can. If you’re against what they say or say you don’t need the extra services they suggested, they will gang up and start who knows what in their language and share a laugh at your expense and in your face. I’ve been coming to Envy for about 2 years. They are exceptional at their craft. All of them. Will continue to support and recommend others to as well. They are kind, creative, courteous and accommodating,
