Friendly and great service! They are the best.
I absolutely love this place! The owner is the sweetest and has the most kindness heart ever. Her employees are so attentive and make sure you leave there happy. If there is ever an issue with my nails, they make sure to make it right. They have small conversations with you while they work on your nails, and they make you feel comfortable! I have followed Ivy the owner since she first opened. If you want a relaxing atmosphere Envy Nails is the place to go! The new receptionist is so nice and polite!
I left and cried in my car. My nails have never been this ugly! The tech did the opposite of everything I asked her to do. I now have to spend even more money going someplace else to have these horrible bumpy, misshapen, flat nails fixed! I’m a non confrontational person and the tech was so messy and rough that I didn’t want to run the risk of injury, so I just paid and left to cry it out in my car.
I had a panic attack in the middle of my pedicure service and the owner/staff were so kind! Always a quality experience from the customer service to the tech talent.
