CUT MY TOE AND GOT A REFUND YESTERDAY
Terrible. I walked in with beautiful, long & strong natural nails and left with cut cuticles and peeling, shredded stubby nails. I do gel polish at home and decided I'd treat myself to a professional polish removal and change, but instead, I left with tears streaming down my face. Polish all on the sides and under my nails. Bubble in the polish on my toes . Felt like cattle being herded. They're in to much of a rush for me to have paid 112 bucks for a pedi and dipped nails
Made an appointment for a simple fill showed up, told us it was gonna be a 30 min wait and then proceeded to sit for an extra 20 minutes on top of that. I ended up just leaving no point in setting appointments at this place.
