Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I told them 3 times that I wanted a Basic Mani/Pedi. I tried 3 times to make conversation with her and she never replied. Not at all. They treated me as an inconvenience. When my pedi was finished, I asked her where she wanted me to sit for the manicure to which she replied so rudely, almost yelling, “Oh you want the manicure too?” Mind you there was one other customer only. Absolutely love this nail salon! The nail techs are always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really listen to what you want and bring creative designs to life every time. My nails always come out flawless, unique, and exactly my vibe. Great energy, great service, and beautiful results—my go-to spot for sure!
Male tech was professional and did a good job. Female tech was extremely harsh and rude with my daughter. She messed up my daughter’s toes and was hostile when politely asked to fix it.
