I came in on (11/8/24) to have SNS dipped nails filled and french done again, the man that did my nails kept filling them with the electric nail file even though I repeatedly asked him why he was filling so muchband he kept saying it's ok until he cut me. He apologized but kept doing it till I demanded he stop as it was burning my nail beds as he had filled so much and it was hurting me. Today was my 1st time there,I called before I went to ask about SNS nails.. the person said $45 she said tips and SNS.. She did not say Short ,Medium or Long nails.. I came in with nubs they couldn’t have gotten any shorter than that.. she glues on these long nail tips and she tells me $45 for short and square I don’t do square nails then she cut them too short which was very ugly and the way she did them she did them like rounded.
