I've been a loyal customer at Envy Nails for years, but I've finally reached my breaking point. The owner, Julie, has a horrible attitude and bullies her employees terribly. The way she speaks to her staff is absolutely unacceptable--loud, condescending, and just cruel. As a result, the techs are visibly afraid of her, and the turnover rate is astonishing. Got my nails done 03/14/26 this is today 03/17/26. The guy rushed no way my nails Should look this grown out three days later. And the edges are already chipping. Went back to get it fixed . At first the guy asked me for a receipt then acted like he did remember until i pointed everyone out from first day of service. Luckily he fixed but he had an attitude the whole time had the nerve to ask me if im mad then basically made it seem like it was my fault
I booked an appointment three days prior for two spa pedicures for my husband and I. We waited 15 minutes past our appointment time and then come to find out the person on the phone never wrote down the appointment. Instead of waiting another 15 minutes past our appointment we rescheduled for Monday night. We arrived promptly on time for our appointment and my husband and I were seated in the pedicure chairs. Some young girl did my nails , i wanted a plain white acrylic , she didn’t know what she was doing at all , the application was messy , she filed the skin of my finger , the paint was everywhere on my hands , and my nails started falling off not even a week after i got them done . terrible job she has done and she is not worth the price i paid
