Got a gel manicure for a cruise and it lasted 3 days so most of my vacation my nails looked awful! Was so disappointed and won’t return. What a waste of money! Don’t go here.
The only reason I am not giving this place a one-star review is because of Lan and TT. They were so sweet and welcoming and they did an AMAZING job on our nails!! The manager (Juliette) and another employee (TJ) were SUPER unjust and rude. If there was a 0-star option I would 100% give it to them. My mother can only have nail polish on one hand due to cultural reasons. When she asked for gel nail polish on just her left hand they openly made fun of her and refused to accommodate her. The water was cold in the basin for a pedicure. Advised the technician several times. She went and boiled water she was going to add. I asked for a manager and no one was available. I left without the service.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would , yesterday was one of the worst experiences I have ever had a nail salon where one goes to relax , to begin with it was clear they were short staffed but I would have preferred to wait in a chair until I could be properly taken care of but instead I was sat in the pedicure chair for over 40min that the warm water was cold on top of that the lady was super distracted that I asked for square and ended up with round as we moved on to my hands she started giving me something I did not ... read more
Tracy does a fantastic job! All staff are very nice. Place is always very clean!
