I've been coming to Tom since 2021 during the pandemic. He can speak some English and Vietnamese but is more fluent in Chinese/Cantonese. He has been cutting hair for over 30 years. I've never left unhappy after a haircut or coloring visit. The prices have gradually gone up for a haircut but he has been consistent with the style that I want. the perm the lady gave me was so out of place and not what i showed in the photo. she cut it too too short after repeatedly saying to not cut it to short. i’m not sure if there is some kind of language barrier or something but obviously she didn’t understand me. i genuinely dont know how you can mess up with a full set of hair. i gave them 6 inches of hair to work with and all the photos to reference off of and yet they couldn’t give the correct curls nor curl all of my hair. some curls faded away after the wash, with the en... read more
