I've been coming to Tom since 2021 during the pandemic. He can speak some English and Vietnamese but is more fluent in Chinese/Cantonese. He has been cutting hair for over 30 years. I've never left unhappy after a haircut or coloring visit. The prices have gradually gone up for a haircut but he has been consistent with the style that I want.
