I went in for a haircut and assumed a blow dry was included, since nowhere on the website does it say otherwise. When I asked for a blow dry/blowout, I even offered to pay extra. Jen agreed and said it would take more time, so I was fine with that. However, after only using a round brush on two sections of my hair, she suddenly said my hair was already dry and that she couldn’t use the blow dryer anymore.
