I called and asked for an appointment the woman on the phone said to just come in, which I did, sat right down in her chair, we talked about what I wanted, which is short haircut, shared some pictures so she knew exactlywhat I wanted and she went to work. She did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend her. Hair stylist was Carolina and I will most definitely go back to see her. She did any amazing haircut. I don't have pictures but she took some, sorry.
I had good experiences here with Freda before until recently…. I recommended my wife go get her hair done and she showed her a video and asked her days before if she could do the style. She said yes, so she set the appointment. Unfortunately…she COULD NOT do the style. She did however do whatever style she wanted and chopped off my wife hair to the point of no fix.
