Sammy did a great job on color correcting my money piece/halo. When I initially called he was very friendly and discussed my hair situation/estimated prices. This allowed me to have clear expectations of the possibilities and what it will be costing. I went in there not really sure how to fix my hair but he had great ideas and helped me figure out what I wanted/liked and completely delivered! I really didn’t want to leave a negative review. I’ve been a customer in this salon for a while and I’ve always loved their service, but today was different. I went in asking for face framing layers starting at my cheekbones . Sammy gave me face frames starting at my jaw. I payed and left. After building some courage at home I decided to call them and I asked Sammy if he could cut my hair the way I wanted to, to which he said yes. I booked an appointment with Yari because I was told she was excellent in cutting curly hair. I was there early because my other daughter also had a haircut scheduled. Yari had an other customer and and didn't bother to acknowledge I was even there. The gentleman had to cut both of my daughter's hair but did a terrible job with my daughter's curly hair. I will say he is very kind and funny. No apology or acknowledgement from Yari. Will not be going back.
