Envoy real estate svcs has been very professional & diligent. Bobbi has helped us anyway she can, she is very knowledgeable. She gets things fixed in a timely manner. She explains everything & importantly how to fill out checklist forms etc. You will not be disappointed with her or the company.

I am saddened as a caring broker and property manager to read Ms. Bautista's review. I have 31 tenants currently and over 142 from the past 6 years who are and have been very pleased with the conditions of our properties as well as our polite, professional responsiveness to their needs and concerns. However, threatened lawsuits over non-existent conditions, false police reporting, assault of our staff and community-disturbing behavior by our tenants is not tolerated. This experience was nothing short of distressing. I moved into a termite infested poorly maintain filthy unit. Report of the termite report of the Dead pigeons and nothing but retaliation and total disregard for my rights as a tenant. Trying to find the owner's name for the county assessor's office they tell me she's not in compliance with the registration for rentals per the Maricopa County Assessor's Office.
