Absolute worst experience getting a prior auth for a patient. If I could leave zero stars I would.
The absolute WORST WORST WORST experience ever. After 5 months of fighting with their Prior Authorization dept for a medicine I have been taking for 2 years. Envolve has decided it’s not medically necessary and continues to come up with excuses as to why they shouldn’t approve it. Medically necessary??? I’m a diabetic who has never had his glucose levels controlled except while taking Ozempic which had them within the normal “no -diabetic” range. It takes so long for my supplies to get seht to me. Ordered on the first three days of the month and it still has not arrived. Takes 30 days or longer ! Not happy at all. Further more it's never easy to reach a Rep and when you do they are very rude. Kindness goes along way!! They have a job because of people like me ordering. Have been trying to reach them about my order and I have been on very looooong holds and no body answers you just get recordings of the same message of them being with you shortly. They sent me an automated blood pressure machine that does not work and he called him and told him he does not work they said we can’t do anything about that terrible company to deal with
