Majestic stove lofts in St. Louis has trash chutes stuffed with trash and backed up all the way to the fifth floor. The trash hasn’t been taken out in a month. The front door is hanging off the hinges and the garage gate is doesn’t work leaving the building completely unsecured. When is envolve going to do something about this situation?

Covil reached out to the company that owns the Carriage House Apartments, Envolve Communities of Alabama, asking about the potential repair of the second elevator and the pest problems. Covil has yet to receive a response. Allen says all she wants from Envolve is simple. "I'd like to see the elevator working and get the building straightened out. That's what I'd like to see." Slum lords!!!!
This company racks up debts with small businesses then hides behind local managers. They owe our staffing company over $20K and have refused to pay. If you cannot cover payroll, you cannot be a sound company.
