Jen is an excellent massage therapist. She is knowledgeable and clearly knows what she is doing with sports massage. I'm a competitive powerlifter and she did great work and has been flexible and kind with scheduling and working with me. She explained why she did certain things and gave me great tips on maintaining during the week which I appreciate. I highly recommend.
