I have been waiting to receive my spare key for over a year now since my sales person no longer works there and Pete Gonzalez (manager) does not answer the phone.
Terrible customer service! My car is still under warranty, yet they refused to inspect it and wanted to charge me $300 just to perform an inspection. This is unacceptable and completely defeats the purpose of having a warranty. Very disappointing experience, the Manager doesn't understand customer service and telling me go do the service by yourself
