I mentioned to the girl setting up my appt that the nearest bus was 30 min walking... So she set up a cab for there and back. I wish I could remember her name but she really helped me more than she knows. I only mentioned it because I thought I was going to have to reschedule at a different place that was closer, but she came through. Normally it takes 1.5 hours to get there by bus and walking, which would have made this an all day thing when you add the commute back. I've put Envision services to the test twice now...once with my son and most recently with me. I had my doctor's office schedule it and was amazed with the speed and great customer service. Thank you and great job to all of the CSI team!

I tried for days to make an appointment with Envision Imaging at Pennsylvania for a bone scan. Each day my phone call was was routed to the scheduler where I was put on hold and listened to a recording. The first day after 25 min. they hung up on me. The second day I took the option of leaving a phone number for them to call me back, after not hearing from them on the third day I tried leaving the phone number again.
