Duplicate billing and calling it split billing..Would not recommend
If 0 star was available that's exactly what this company earned. The representative Jes Z did not want to answer my questions from the start, continued to rush me off the phone and told me to call my insurance company.
Try to set up a payment plan. And the guy hangs up on me, Just because I wouldn't agree with them taking the money out of my bank account automatically. I guess you won't get paid!
Scam
SCAM!!! They bill you for services already FULLY PAID by the insurance company! SCAM!!! Call your insurer to confirm payment, don't pay them anything! They keep sending me texts that I owe for a bill already paid! I NEVER receive a written bill! The text has no phone number to call, no address for their location. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT CHECKING WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FIRST!!!
