Have been working with Evergrain for years. The only company with valid warranty who stand behind their products.
Be aware that Envision does not honor the warranty on its products before you buy anything from this company. My decking started to flake off and the color was noticeably very much lighter than what I purchased. I reported the problem, and was lead on a wild goose chase. It took them seven long years to even make any decision. The company’s decision was that my complaint was not valid. They said that my deck was weathering normally. Our EverGrain composite decking failed by flaking and bowing, which resulted in our front stairs and double decks to be unstable. The Envision warranty department encouraged us to file a claim so we did. After multiple verbal and written interactions with the Warranty department it was clear that their game plan was to wear down the customer. We will never purchase anything from Envision.
