I called yesterday and managed to get a cancellation appointment for today. Both the receptionist and the eye doctor (Jodie Xie) were exceptional. Friendly, attentive and efficient, make for a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
This place is a disgrace! I had an appointment on Thursday December 11 @ 12 noon which got cancelled due to floods and was rescheduled for next day which got cancelled too again due to floods in some areas. This was understandable and I got rebooked for today (Wednesday Dec 17). I did not get a confirmation or a reminder on my text messages so I phoned before heading out to confirm my appointment. I called over a week ago to book my family in. We have been going to Envision for years. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail with my number and my name, I also stated exactly what I needed to book for and that my family of 4 would be coming in for check ups. A week later I decided to just go into Costco and book it at the desk. Do NOT recommend. :( Unprofessional and rude front desk. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix their mistake, the response was “nothing we can do”.
