I called over a week ago to book my family in. We have been going to Envision for years. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail with my number and my name, I also stated exactly what I needed to book for and that my family of 4 would be coming in for check ups. A week later I decided to just go into Costco and book it at the desk. Do NOT recommend. :( Unprofessional and rude front desk. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix their mistake, the response was “nothing we can do”.

Rude and unprofessional staff My wife’s appointment was cancelled today without informing her. To cover up the mistake, the staff blamed her for being late. Instead of finding out the unprofessional staff member who cancelled the appointment without any communication, their response was to book another appointment. What a waste of time!

Wish could give zero stars. I called in the morning to check if the appointment could be at 5 pm instead of 3 pm. The envision optometry wasn’t picking up the call, so I called the other department and they wrote my details and said someone will call me. No one called and I reached for my appointment at 3:05 pm. No one was at the reception. When the receptionist came, she told me my appointment has been cancelled. And then she mentioned that “anyway you are late”.
