cancelled my appointment 1 hour before because of other cancellations
Impossible to get someone on the phone to book an appointment. I’ve left messages and I don’t receive any call backs. I’ve given up leaving messages and just call hoping to get someone on the phone. I’m about to give up and look for a new place
I called yesterday and managed to get a cancellation appointment for today. Both the receptionist and the eye doctor (Jodie Xie) were exceptional. Friendly, attentive and efficient, make for a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
This place is a disgrace! I had an appointment on Thursday December 11 @ 12 noon which got cancelled due to floods and was rescheduled for next day which got cancelled too again due to floods in some areas. This was understandable and I got rebooked for today (Wednesday Dec 17). I did not get a confirmation or a reminder on my text messages so I phoned before heading out to confirm my appointment.
