Yesterday, I visited the Costco Optical department in Langley and I wasn’t very impressed with the service. Most of the staff didn’t seem interested in helping me, and I didn’t receive much assistance except from the optical manager. There was one employee (girl)who had a chewing gum in her mouth while helping customers. She didn’t smile and didn’t seem happy to assist us which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Impossible to get someone on the phone to book an appointment. I’ve left messages and I don’t receive any call backs. I’ve given up leaving messages and just call hoping to get someone on the phone. I’m about to give up and look for a new place
