cancelled my appointment 1 hour before because of other cancellations
Impossible to get someone on the phone to book an appointment. I’ve left messages and I don’t receive any call backs. I’ve given up leaving messages and just call hoping to get someone on the phone. I’m about to give up and look for a new place
I called yesterday and managed to get a cancellation appointment for today. Both the receptionist and the eye doctor (Jodie Xie) were exceptional. Friendly, attentive and efficient, make for a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
