I had extremely expensive glasses made here about 2 years ago. Generally good experience with that process. I was told to come back “anytime” for adjustments, when I have done that, it’s been curt and dismissive service. Disappointing that this shop isn’t fantastic always. Better service at warby parker when i’ve had glasses adjusted there. Update May 2026 Unfortunately, the place has not changed. Dr. Garlich is knowledgeable on new medical innovations to improve eye health for her patients. I am beyond grateful that she is my provider. I know I’m in good hands. She gives me treatment options with pros / cons and lets me decide. As a medical provider, I couldn’t ask for a more kind and caring doctor. Thank you for improving my eye health.
