I encourage you to stop in and see what Monica has. Her shakes are so Yummy! She has weight loss activities and nutrition. She is a beautiful soul. Bigger than life. Great energy, fun! German Chocolate cake is my favorite shake. Downtown Rogers, across from Arvest Bank on Walnut.
