This gym is one of the most amazing places. I was able to work with an amazing boxing trainer Kristoph, who was not only an amazing boxing Coach but also so passionate about teaching. The owner remembered my name everytime I came in, it felt like home. The space has a full boxing ring and all the tools you needs to get an amazing workout. If you live in Memphis this is the gym you join to reach your fitness goals. I loved it!
Awesome establishment. Classes are so well organized and challenging. Something for everyone from beginners to top athletes. People make you feel welcome. No bonehead typical gym mentality here. Just had double wrist surgery and Mark Akin was instrumental in my recovery. Forever grateful!!!!!!
