I was with Eagle Rock Insurance for years for auto insurance before Envision took over. Eagle Rock was awesome they seem to care about me. If the insurance company I was with was going to raise my rate they would look around and find a lower rate somewhere else. Probably changed 3 or 4 times. I just got a big rate increase thru Progressive contacted Progressive said sorry maybe I assumed wrong but I thought they would contact my agent. Telling him one of there clients wasn't happy.
