Totally disappointed at this place. They scheduled an appointment and didn't add another test causing me to have to reschedule and go further away to Frisco. Totally ruining my schedule. Will not recommend
I wish I had gotten the name of the sonogram technician who I saw on Friday 7/6 at 6pm but she really made me feel heard and seen and understood and as comfortable as humanly possible! Thank you so much! I was stressed walking in but felt comfortable throughout the process!
As a Sonographer myself and have worked in several imaging centers, I’m very picky about where I go as a patient. These wonderful people at the Wylie location have gone completely above and beyond for me on several occasions when I needed help, and I can’t be more thankful. Rosa was an true angel for me last month when I was in so much pain and had a major issue at a Touchstone imaging center that day, and called this office and she told me to come in and we will figure it all out. Ieesha was amazing. Very rarely do I go to a medical place and get exceptional help. She was kind, with a wonderful attitude. Thank you for making my experience great! Warm blankets, and tucked me in 😃 😊 If I need any further images, I will be back. Also, Kyle was very patient and sweet as well. Might need to let Rockwall know they need headphones!!!
The medical profession needs to look at this company on how to make an appointment go smoothly. At the last minute, my doctor said I needed xrays for my appointment. I called Envision. They got me in within an hour and half that getting out.
