Ieesha was amazing. Very rarely do I go to a medical place and get exceptional help. She was kind, with a wonderful attitude. Thank you for making my experience great! Warm blankets, and tucked me in 😃 😊 If I need any further images, I will be back. Also, Kyle was very patient and sweet as well. Might need to let Rockwall know they need headphones!!!
The medical profession needs to look at this company on how to make an appointment go smoothly. At the last minute, my doctor said I needed xrays for my appointment. I called Envision. They got me in within an hour and half that getting out.
Fast, efficient, and professional service! The staff was friendly, and I got my imaging results quicker than expected.
Very outdated, unprofessional and concerning experience. My daughters DR sent orders for her for an xray. When I called to schedule, I was told by Juana(?) that due to a new policy I needed to fax or email my orders and id for review before they could even discuss the appointment. When I expressed concern, she started trash talking other patientds and said they had to do this because of the incorrect info and patients not knowing aything . Very Easy Process. Was in and out without any issues. Great Front Desk! The ultra sound tech i saw during my visit today was very absolutely the best . He was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I Highly Recommend.
