I didn't appreciate for having to fight a very young front desk girl for the right as a wife to have my husband with me in the room. No, I'm not pregnant but it doesn't mean I don't want his support with what I've been going through! I confirmed over the phone this was fine but when I arrived and I'm told he's not allowed? This is a VERY serious issue. And it's not a, "health hazard" to have your SPOUSE with you as support. It's not like I brought a girlfriend with me. This was my HUSBAND. My tech was amazing. She was patient, kind, understanding, and caring. However I have NEVER been treated more like a paycheck in my entire life by the front office staff. When I made my appointment I had asked if my spouse could be with me during a VERY invasive imaging procedure. I was assured that he was more than welcome as long as he passed the screening questions too. When we got there, I called like I was supposed to and paid over the phone like they asked.
