The staff was professional and courteous.
At Matlock location, Arlington. My 85 year old mom had a 1130 appointment, finally called back at 1245. Was never informed the schedule was running +1 hour behind, don’t believe that is too much to ask at check-in? Customers were voicing their displeasure in the lobby, which made things more uncomfortable for my mom. Very uncomfortable hour and fifteen minutes here, maybe the television needs to be on to help pass time (it just says HDMI1???). 2.5 hours later. STILL not even close done yet. Slow & pathetic place.
They request you arrive 15 minutes prior to an appointment. They fail to tell you that they are behind schedule. A 20 minute delay is actually 40 minutes. If you want an appointment on time it is probably best to go in the morning.
