Amazing service at the front and the back. I was so incredibly nervous but they explained everything well and even let me choose my play list. I have to go back for a second imaging and I’m actually excited lol (just kidding). They are fantastic at the Flower Mound location.
The appointment was made seamlessly & online check in was great. The front desk lady was kind and attentive, also efficient. The lady who performed my CT was short and rude in tone and attitude. She was clearly rushed and had zero time for questions and zero concern for my physical comfort. I have an injured foot- hence the CT scan- and she gave little direction on proper positioning and when I asked if it was correct because my foot was simply against a very flimsy board & tied at the ankle with sheets, she was visibly anno... read more
Excellent service & patience. I hate MRI’s so bad but this place made it about as good of an experience as I think a person can have. I highly recommend them!
I went in for an MRI on a Wednesday evening about a week and a half ago, and I had a very positive experience. The techs in the back made sure I was comfortable, and even let me pick out my own music and asked if I needed a blanket. Having been to other imaging offices that haven’t been as considerate, it felt nice to know Envision cares about their patients. I’ve also been to the Denton center to get a CT, and they were also very nice there. Highly recommend coming to envision if you need any imaging done!
Front and Backend staff are amazing at this location. Friendly and professional. Special thanks to Jake who helped me be at ease during the MRI. Thank you Jake and team!
