Our child had been attending therapy at this center for over a year, establishing a trusted relationship with Ms. Ashley. Recently, we learned he has became a victim of abuse (multiple times) at school and after we spoke to school authorities he wanted to speak to his therapist about it. This place was incredible, until it wasn't. I received a text message that they would no longer provide services to my child. It was very abrupt and unexpected. Our family, let alone our child, did not even get an exit interview explaining why services would no longer be rendered. The only explanation we received was because vision therapy was also in progress, OT could not be completed simultaneously. The moment you walk in, you know that the staff have a vested, genuine interest in your child. They are so intentional about the differentiated strategies and personalized creative level of therapy that they provide. It exudes from all angles. I am So blessed to have embarked upon them at a time when my child needed them most.
