I am very disappointed with the experience at Envision Honda of Milpitas. They did not complimentary 2 year 24000 mile service pass for routine maintenance. They break the law by giving me 6 month 12000 mile. Who drive 12000 in 6 months? I reported to Honda Inc...They told me at least 1 year. The sale department never told me the 6 month 12000 which have expired date. He repeatedly tried to upsell additional service. I was forcing to pay oil changes and tire rotations.
