Friendly dealer that helps find what you're looking for as well as tell you about any deals that are going on! The salesman that we talked to that I forgot his name was nice and help stay way past closing hours to help close out a deal and get our new car! This place also has complementary drinks and a nice big showroom floor with many different hondas available. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Envision Honda of Milpitas. I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda under the clear assumption that it would include two genuine Honda key fobs, as is standard with certified vehicles. Instead, I was given only one key and told to return for the second—no problem, until I realized what that actually meant. Their so-called “key guy” is a third-party vendor who only comes on Mondays, sometime between 12–1:30 PM, and only stays for a short period. This setup is extremely inconve... read more

My visit to the Honda dealership was frustrating. I was offered a price on Friday, then called today with an offer that was $2k less than the original negotiated price. When I arrived, they tried to process my application without a clear quote. When I asked for a paper quote, the terms changed from a 3-year deal to a 2-year lease deal, which was not discussed. This felt like a bait-and-switch, wasting my time. Be cautious and insist on written terms.
