Our family was referred to Envision Healthcare At Home for our father who was terminally ill and wanted to pursue death with dignity. Due to his deteriorating health time was of the essence to avoid a prolonged suffering. Inexpirienced nurses, Chaplains and high turnover of staff causes inconsistent care for my family member. We had go discontinue with then and hired Providence who were 10X better.
Staff was helpful however i did not need to use there service. I was not home bound and was doing most things on my own.
