We engaged envisions services to assist in my mothers passing at home. Upon her arrival, the proper oxygen and pain medication were not there. The oxygen was remedied fairly quickly, but the pain medications were not. She spent hours suffering. Her last hours. They have been unapologetic of their services, citing that they followed "industry standards", meaning that this type of care is completely acceptable for their clients. This is terrifying.
