Miss Jensen and I want to leave a review regarding her new caretaker Jasmine. We both want to say after what we have been through the last 3 weeks. Jasmine is a wonderful breath of fresh air. She is very well trained. She has worked with blind people and is also a diabetic herself. She understands when I'm explaining Miss Jensen has to eat on time.. I have like 2 or 3 months working with this home health care and they are really good persons. They answer all my question. And I have no problem with my check.
I WOULD NOT BE DOING THIS REVIEW HAD I BEEN NOTIFIED SO STOP WITH THE LIES……..I do not recommend Envision Home Health Services based on my experience. I was supposed to be paid on Friday and received nothing—no warning, no communication, and no explanation beforehand. When I reached out, I was told my client’s services were “on hold” and that my client needed to contact the insurance company.
