I recently started seeing Latoya a few weeks ago and my hair is doing excellent. It is growing and getting thicker. I am loving all the beautiful natural hair styles. I have recommended her to friends and coworkers. She is a prayer answered. Beautiful hair, relaxing nap time and therapy rolled into one!
I am flabbergasted that my second appointment with Latoya yesterday was simply horrific. I saw her 4 weeks ago for the first time for an edge up on a tapered cut & a consultation. She charged me $25.00 for a 10 minutes dry service, in anticipation of a long term relationship I tipped her at 50%. I returned on June 6 for my appointment & requested simply to "SNIP" my ends & edge up. 45 minutes later I was mortified at the harsh, drastic haircut that she decided to give me including cutting 2/3 of my hair off.
