Just picked up my new glasses and they are perfect in every way. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years and this was the best customer service I've ever experienced! The doctor was amazing and able to correctly diagnose an emergency eye condition. She saved me a trip to the ER, since I thought the eye problem was more serious at first. The fit of my glasses is perfect and so is my prescription, not easy to get with bifocals. The price was fair too. We’ve been patients for several years and have received excellent care at envision. Dr. Kapoor is very knowledgeable, patient and takes her time with the kids to make sure they have a thorough exam. She answers any questions or concerns we may have. She demonstrates a high level of professionalism during every interaction. My first experience was pleasant at this business, Dr. Was very nice. My daughter needed glasses for the first time. Something happened with my order and I ended up waiting 2 months with no phone call. Ok strike 1. Fast forward to the next year my daughter broke her frames. No worries under warranty "we will call you when they are in" this was before school ended this year. Month goes by no phone call. I called 3 times left 1 message no call back strike 2.
