Just had my 1st appointment with Dr. Kapoor....super friendly, informative, thorough and patient. Highly recommended if you need a new Optometrist !!
My first experience was pleasant at this business, Dr. Was very nice. My daughter needed glasses for the first time. Something happened with my order and I ended up waiting 2 months with no phone call. Ok strike 1. Fast forward to the next year my daughter broke her frames. No worries under warranty "we will call you when they are in" this was before school ended this year. Month goes by no phone call. I called 3 times left 1 message no call back strike 2.
