There was a problem with my new glasses, not caused by Dr. Nguyen. She and her staff took the time and diligently identified the problem which enabled me to get the correct lenses. I greatly appreciated the attention and concern to get the problem lenses replaced. Great experience.
Dr Nguyen and the staff in the clinic could demonstrate steady hands when using different equipment. She is also a good communicator by explaining diagnoses, treatment paths in a easy-to-understand language.
