Excellent customer service for scheduling my appointment with Dr. Elena Nguyen. She is a very professional Opthalmologist with great knowledge and experience in a very clean office and examination rooms. Her assistant Marcy works well in such a cheerful environment. Thank you for taking care of my eyes. My recent cataract surgery was done methodically by Dr Elena Nguyen yesterday. She removed my eye patch and I could now see clearly . Dr. Nguyen is very kind and responsible. I went to see her for a reflection exam and dry eye treatment. She was thorough with the exam . The office is clean and staffs are friendly . The only thing that I wish Dr. Nguyen’s office can accept my insurance plan.
Dr. Nguyen was thorough in her exam, adjusted my glasses prescription to make it more comfortable, and provided explanations and information throughout the visit. Her office staff were also great. My ophthalmologist, who the whole family went to for annual visits, retired and we’ve been looking for a good replacement. I think Dr. Nguyen is it!
Dr Elena is an excellent ophthalmologist who listen and understand patients,I had great visit she truly takes the time to explain and makes you feel cared for as patients. I’m so glad to find a Dr Elena I really recommend…
